Quality Policy

The fifteen-day waiting list: Currently, all changes, new projects, and current projects, may be subjected to a fifteen-day waiting list due to the heavy volume of quality control. New clients will be subjected to an approval form to ensure that client expectations are achievable. This quality control policy may or may not apply to you; this is in the benefit of all final products if it does apply to you. Due to our experience with as many projects as we have completed this new quality control policy will save future disorganization, excessive changes in stage three, save time overall, and prevent the fifteen-day waiting list for the future. This policy is meant to organize your company and give you the quality product that you will be expecting in the shortest possible time.

You may be experiencing changes on your website that all the people that are working on your website do not understand. This is in stage three of the paperwork. After stage one the content gathered, stage two the website building process (creative writing, coding, graphic designs, and business developing), and now stage three test trial and changes. Content given in stage one does require strong organization and we do have a strong policy signing of the contract paperwork signature required, Microsoft word or excel files of all written content that will be considered the final copy of written content for your website. All graphics and graphic concepts will be approved; the project scope will be approved and reviewed many times before the building process and coding process, which is stage two, beings.

In the event that stage two beings, after stage one is complete, there is no guarantee that your project will continue stage two which is the building process, because we do not know when your content will be fully submitted. Even though professionals will be appointed to you to continue different parts of your project scope, there is no guarantee that one will be available to start your project at that particular time and at that particular moment. You may be put on a waiting list for a professional to continue with your project. Since there are so many different types of services we always appoint the best possible professional for your project scope to give you the best completed project scope. This professional may be working with a similar type project but once the other project is completed then your project will be next in line.

Client changes: There is a ticket system. We will and are getting and deciphering all client changes and revisions after the website is built in chronological order. We can only get so close to the completed product the first time around, during your website design process, and cater to so many projects at one time. There is a lot of customization, time and effort, understanding and capturing the final expected end result. This will be considered in stage three, no time limit, we try to get as close as we can to client satisfaction. For instance, the following circumstances should not occur given strict adherence to H.D.S policies and procedures: after we give the initial first copy of the website the changes are delayed for multiple months, and then when the client finally submits changes a few months later, we have to find all their content again, pick up where we left off, and sometimes new professionals will have to relearn the entire project scope. This can strongly alter the timeframe.

You may be required to resend your information multiple times. We cannot vouch for your email address or anything that is mechanical. Previous cases have occurred in which the client thinks they have given us content and we spend a significant time period looking for it, but the email was never received. Further more, no information will be accepted over the phone. All information will be submitted via email. All changes will be submitted via email.

Thank you for following our quality control policy. Gladly call in and submit project updates no more than once every 72 hours. We do love talking to you and giving you project updates. We are located on the east coast and our business hours are 11am to 7pm Eastern Standard Time, Saturday 11am to 3pm, Sundays we are closed, but preferably we would like to keep all phone calls during the appropriate business hours from 11am-7pm EST Monday-Thursday for organization purposes. Preferably email.
