CAD Designers / 3D Modeling

 

We're an independent sneaker company looking to hire a (Very Talented 3D -CAD Industrial Designers), they must be able to take our 2D digital renders with textures and translate them into 3D-CAD design finals for presentations and manufacturing purposes.

  • This is a contract job; we are looking for the very best, serious designers only.

 

* The following skills and experience below will give you the foundation you'll need to succeed. (Our final objectives for this project are very important)

  • CAD Designs finals must be able to communicate with manufacturers for sizing, prototyping, and concepts.

  • Will need 4K images with different angle views, along with a very short 25sec video clip of our sneakers rotating for presentational use and formatted to manufacturers.

*Job requirements

  • Proficient in 3D Modeling

  • Experience in CAD/CAM software.

  • We prefer Autodesk 360, 3DStudioMax, and ShoeMaker Pro.

  • Must work and communicate with a 2D designer at least twice a week through Skype or by Telephone.

  • Some small Architect background can be very useful.

  • Must be very detail-oriented, committed, and organized. Please don't bother to apply if you can't communicate.

  • Honestly is the best policy; we prefer honest people.

  • Must meet deadlines; this is very important.

*Job requirements

  • A super smart, creative technologist with expert skills in HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript, especially React and Angular; experience working on iOS and Android is a major plus

  • Someone with a passion for emerging technologies and a vast understanding of modern digital and mobile best practices, PLUS a heartfelt appreciation for beautiful, intuitive design

  • A team player who loves collaborating with design and project management teams and works well in an iterative process

  • Someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, always with a commitment to clean, well-written code


You must have extensive experience and work well in a supportive, fast-paced environment across multiple projects at once.
